She was an Editor of the Environmental Health Review for Environmental Health Officers/Public Health Inspectors for 10 years where she provided articles on timely health issues.
She was also On-Line Media Editor for the new Global Food Safety Resource Network and provided articles to the Journal of Health on-line magazine.
