A Registered Environmental Health Officer and Food Safety Consultant, Sally has 22 years of experience as a trainer, writer and conference speaker.
As a Food Safety Specialist, she has designed courses on Allergy Awareness, HACCP and Food Safety for Children. Sally is an enthusiastic instructor committed to helping students succeed.
As an international conference speaker, she has spoken at conferences in the United States, Scotland, Sweden, Australia and England on food and environmental health issues.
