Foodsafe 1
This is a sanitation training program for food handlers on the following topics: Microbiology, Receiving and Storing Food Safely, Preparing and Serving Food, Foodborne Illness and Cleaning and Sanitizing. A certificate is issued by the Ministry of Health upon successful completion of the exam.


Allergy Aware
This 3 hour workshop teaches students the following:

• Definition of allergies
• How to read for hidden ingredients in food which cause allergic reactions
• How to use the Priority Allergen Chart
• How to handle the allergic customer
• How to write Allergen Charts

A certificate is issued upon completion of the workshop.
